Comms settings syntax: setupcomms.bat

Setupcomms.bat can be used to configure modem and Internet connection settings.

The commnad line syntax is as follows:

> Setupcomms [-rel -help]

`-rel`	Launch active release setupcomms
`-help`	Outputs help message
no options	Launch active debug setupcomms

Different fields within each option can be accessed using the page up and page down keys.
Lists of all possible field values are contained inside <> and can be accessed using the left and right arrow keys. It is recommended that these values are not set to NULL unless absolutely necessary.
Menu choice 5 — Dial out IAP information is used to create a complete connection profile from the records in all the other menu choices.
