ReadAllEntries: read all Agenda entries

This example opens an Agenda document and reads and displays all the entries. It shows how the Agenda model can be used to access an Agenda document via the Agenda server.

Note that the example requires the agendata.dat data file to be located in \Epoc32\Wins\C.
