How to select separate headers folders

Use Advanced | Select Separate Headers Folder... to allow header files to be written to different folders than the output Help files.

In the “Select Separate Headers Folder” dialog enable the Use a Separate Headers folder checkbox. If disabled, the header files go into the output folder.

Use the Browse button to bring up a path browser to select the new location that the header files are to go to.
